OUTSIDE AREAS

The large terrace decorated with Jasmine and other local plants , together with the private park (2 hectares), complete the property, making it unique. The villa, an old “palmento”, completely restored with modern design, is built on a single floor, very bright interiors, and in every room there is a direct exit to the terraced garden, full of indigenous plants, typical of the Mediterranean area, and immersed in the park, with citrus, almond, olive trees, vineyards, cactus and palms. Every outside access lead to shady corners and courtyards. The old thick stone walls protect the house from the heat.

THE POOL

The pool is long and narrow, 3 x 20 meters, to allow a pleasant swim in the middle of the garden. One of the two narrow sides has no edge so that the water forms a slight waterfall. Beyond the waterfall there is a large shaded area with a corner bar and an outdoor shower.
